Town hold Harrowby to draw with promising performance

Town went one up after 40 minutes when Nathan Rawdon found Tony Edwards down the right flank and his pin point cross was finished off well by Michael Harness. Two minutes after the restart Gaz Melia was pulled back just outside the box and the resulting free kick from Olly Johnson found the back of the net via a slight deflection. On the hour mark the hosts pulled a goal back when the striker beat the offside trap and squared the ball to his team mate he stroked the ball home. The equaliser came in the 70th minute. A quickly taken free kick caught Town offguard and the striker rounded the keeper Burchnill and roll into the empty net. Town did well to hang on for the remaining 20 minutes to leave with the draw after a very encouraging performance.
