Paul Johnson's squad will be put to the test by Holbeach United of the United Counties League in their opening pre-season fixture. The Tigers finished 6th in last season's premier division and have been adding plenty of talent to their squad during the off-season so will be tricky customers when they visit The Wong on Tuesday.

Sat 18th July, 2:00pm k.o (H) - Barrow Town (East Midlands Counties League)

Just four days later Town will then welcome Barrow Town to The Wong. The team from Barrow upon Soar ended last season with a mid-table finish but baring in mind they play at step six level, it will certainly be a stern test for The Wongers.

Tuesday 21st July, 7:30pm k.o (A) - Sleaford Town (United Counties League, Premier Division)

Town will play their first away fixture of their pre-season schedule as they make the trip to Eslaforde Park to play Sleaford Town. Sleaford did just enough last season to avoid relegation in the UCL last season finishing 19th place. However, they will be aiming to improve on that next season under new management and will be strong opposition for Town.

Saturday 25th July, 3:00pm k.o (H) - Pinchbeck United (Peterborough & District League, Premier Division)

Pinchbeck United will be the visitors to The Wong on the 25th. Last campaign saw them achieve a mid table finish in the Peterborough & District League after narrowly avoiding relegation in the previous year.

Saturday 1st August, 3:00pm k.o (A) - North Somercotes United (East Lincs Combinations League, Premier Division)

This will be the third consecutive year Town and North Somercotes have played each other in pre-season. The 2014/15 East Lincs Cominations League Champions always prove to be worthwhile opponents as both teams prepare for the respective campaigns.

Wednesday 5th August, 7:00pm (H) - Boston United Under 21s

The annual John Rawdon Memorial Trophy fixture will be played on Wednesday 5th August as Town welcome Boston United's Under 21 side to The Wong. Last season this fixture was played mid-season due to the construction of our new clubhouse but returns to it's more familiar pre-season slot once again.

Saturday 8th August, 3:00pm (A) - Spilsby Town (Boston & District League, Premier Division)

Town will round off their pre-season preparations as they make the short trip east to play Spilsby Town. It's a big season for The Magpies who finished runners up to Swineshead last year and will be keen to go one better this time around.
