Spalding currently play in division three of the Peterborough League, having won division four last season losing just one game. They are currently 4th after seven games in their new division.

Next months opposition opened up with a 9-0 win over North Cotes in round one of the competition, before narrowly beating Lincs League side, Market Rasen 3-2 on Saturday in the 2nd round.

Town are one of just four Lincolnshire League sides to make the last 16 of the competition, Ruston Sports, Hykeham Town, CGB Humbertherm are one of the three other teams. Nettleham however are yet to play their 2nd round fixture versus AFC Louth.

The game between Town and Spalding is to be played on Saturday 13th December with a 1:30pm kick off.
