Horncastle Town Football Club is delighted to announce it has received a grant from the One|Stop stores Carriers for Causes grant scheme! The money will be used to provide new mobile football goals for the club to use for training and will provide a more realistic game based training environment. Some teams have been using plastic goals which can become splintered and broken if used by the older age groups but thanks to this grant the club will be purchasing a pair of 24x8ft aluminium goals for its teams to use. It will also mean that the teams using them can move the areas in which they train in which will help lessen the wear and tear in the goalmouths.
