A survey has been produced by the Lincs FA for all of our junior players under the age of 18. There’s chances to win some great prizes.
WHAT DOES FOOTBALL MEAN TO YOU?
A new survey has been launched by Lincolnshire FA to gather feedback from youth footballers in the county, with special prizes up for grabs to those who complete the online form before 31 May 2019.
It is important to us at Lincolnshire FA to know and understand the views of our youth players, as it allows us to shape the future of grassroots football within our county.
We are continually trying to find ways in which we can collect this feedback, so we are now giving you the opportunity to have your say online.
If you are under the age of 18, and have five minutes to spare, we would really appreciate it if you could complete the survey so that we can use your answers to help develop our future planning. Please ask an adult to help you with this if needed.
All fully-completed surveys will be put into a draw to win a football goodie bag and a Nike football.
The survey closes at 11.45pm on Friday 31 May 2019.
The winner will then be drawn, the parents of the winner will be contacted on Monday 3 June and we’ll share the news on our website. Good Luck!
